Job summary

Salted is hiring a Line Cook in San Jose, CA, to work the PM shift (4-11:30pm). You will prepare and cook menu items to Salted standards while maintaining strict sanitation and safety practices. You will collaborate with our Front of House team to deliver memorable dining experiences and ensure consistency across stations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months kitchen experience.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Line Cook Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items to perfection, accurately following our Salted culinary standards.
• Maintain compliance with sanitation regulations and safety standards.
• Collaborate with our virtual Front of House team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Line Cook Requirements

• Solid foundation in culinary skills, including knife/prep work, flat-top cooking, and more
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Minimum of 6 months of kitchen experience.
