Salted is hiring line cooks for our new El Cajon location. Earn $19–$23 per hour with AM/PM shifts and opportunities for career growth. Enjoy benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401k with 4% match after one year, and free meals each shift.

Line Cook Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items to perfection, accurately following our Salted culinary standards.
• Maintain compliance with sanitation regulations and safety standards.
• Collaborate with our virtual Front of House team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Line Cook Requirements

• Solid foundation in culinary skills, including knife/prep work, flat-top cooking, and more
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Minimum of 6 months of kitchen experience.
