Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years experience in a food production facility or fast-paced restaurant.
• Local Food Handler certification or equivalent obtained by applicant.
• Excellent knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality food.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Great communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiar with measurement systems.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines.
• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
• Ensure food is prepared in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Work collaboratively with the BOH team to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in receiving deliveries and storing goods properly.
• Cross-train across roles to support growth and contributions.
• Cover additional duties as assigned.
