Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in a food production facility or fast-paced restaurant.
• Local food handler certification obtained at applicant’s own expense.
• Understanding of cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality food.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Great communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiar with measurement systems.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines.
• Set up and stock stations with supplies.
• Ensure food is prepared in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation while following health and safety regulations.
• Work with BOH team to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in receiving deliveries and storing properly.
• Cross-train across roles to support growth.
• Support with additional duties as assigned.
