Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant or catering environment or high-volume breakfast experience.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology.
• Experience with food handling processes, storage, preparation, and inventory rotation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen setting.
• Current certification in food safety and handling is required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Cleaning and maintaining is a top priority.
