The Cloud One is seeking a dedicated Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our culinary team in New York City. The ideal candidate will have experience in food preparation and a passion for creating delicious dishes.

You will cook and prepare items per recipes, work with the culinary team to keep operations smooth, assist on menu planning, and help manage inventory and orders. A fast-paced environment and adherence to food safety are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant or catering environment or high-volume breakfast experience.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology.
• Experience with food handling processes, storage, preparation, and inventory rotation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen setting.
• Current certification in food safety and handling is required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Cleaning and maintaining is a top priority.
