White Hawk Country Club is seeking a Line/Prep Cook to join our team. The role involves preparing all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner, following recipes and presentation specifications, and operating standard kitchen equipment safely.

The position requires 1 year of experience on Sauté/Grill/Fryer, knowledge of food preparation, and a positive, professional attitude. Availability includes nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment.

• Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
• Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
• Restock items as needed throughout the shift
• Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes

Availability (Full Time OR Part Time)

• Part-time must have availability on weekends, holidays, nights, and/or some days. Minimum availability for 3 shifts or 24 hours required.
• Full-time must have open availability on weekends, holidays, nights, and/or some days.
• Calm demeanor in stressful situations
• Must participate in tests and evaluations without notice (Skills Test Given at Interview)
