Job Description

Wet Willie's staff must complete daily duties required of them set forth by the general management of the location. Some responsibilities of Kitchen positions include:

• Prepare menu items according to Health Department standards and restaurant procedures
• Communicate effectively with coworkers
• Follow safety guidelines for kitchen operations & equipment
• Observe proper storage procedures according to restaurant & Health Department standards
• Label, date & rotate all food products as needed
• Have the ability to lift 50lbs and stand for long periods of time
• Maintain a clean & organized workspace
