Job Summary

We are seeking a Line Cook passionate about preparing quality food to Perkins standards, providing guests with an excellent dining experience through your dedication and skill.

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items according to recipes and standards.
• Ensure food presentation meets quality and appeal standards.
• Monitor inventory and communicate needs for prep work.
• Coordinate effectively with team regarding ticket times and service issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Prior line cook experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and bend for extended periods.
