Brunch Line Cook – Butcher & Bee, East Nashville

Butcher & Bee is a vegetable-driven, Mediterranean–inspired restaurant that’s been part of the East Nashville community since 2015. We put hospitality and community at the heart of everything we do, welcoming our guests like family and showing the same care to our co-workers, suppliers, and neighbors.

We’re currently looking for a Brunch Line Cook who thrives in a fast-paced, daytime kitchen environment and shares our passion for bold, seasonal flavors and intentional cooking.

What You’ll Do:

Execute high-volume brunch service with speed, precision, and consistency.

Prep and set up your assigned station before service begins.

Cook and plate dishes from scratch during live brunch service with attention to quality and timing

Assist with closing, cleaning, and breakdown of your station and kitchen area.

Follow all food safety, sanitation, and handling protocols.

What We’re Looking For:

A team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.

Passion for food and hospitality, especially brunch-style cooking.

Strong organizational skills and ability to follow direction in a busy kitchen.

Confidence in your cooking fundamentals, including knife skills and prep techniques.

Must be 18 or older and available to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays (We are closed Thanksgiving and Christmas).

Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50lbs.
