As a Line Cook / BBQ Pitmaster, you will provide fast, fresh, and friendly customer service in a high-paced restaurant environment. Your duties include ingredient preparation and maintaining food safety and sanitation standards.

  • Food preparation including cutting, slicing, dicing, and following recipes and SOPs.
  • Prepackaging condiments and assembling food items.
  • Assisting in various cooking venues and catering as needed.
  • Mastering recipe preparation and daily production planning.
  • Preparing, packaging, and plating fresh products.
Food Safety / Sanitation
  • Adhering to safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Proper handling and maintenance of ingredients and equipment.
  • Maintaining cleanliness in food prep areas.
Customer Service
  • Providing prompt and accurate service, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and prep methods.
  • Assisting guests as needed.
Candidate Background
  • Minimum age 18, high school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of commercial foodservice experience.

Physical Requirements
