Katsuya at sbe in Las Vegas is seeking a Line Cook to help ensure the highest quality dishes are prepared and presented. You will set up your station, stock, cook, and plate according to recipes, while maintaining sanitation and equipment standards.

The ideal candidate has at least two years in a contemporary dining venue, strong communication skills, and must hold an ANSI Food Handler Card with Responsible Beverage Service certification where required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years relevant experience in high-end, service-focused environment.
• ANSI approved Food Handler Card and Responsible Beverage Service certificate recognized by the ABC.

Responsabilités

• Line Cook is responsible for ensuring the highest quality food is served at all times.
• Handles all aspects of their assigned cooking station – sets up, stock product, cook, and presents dishes according to recipes, cleans, sanitizes, and maintains equipment, utensils, and tools.
• Maintains a clean and organized work area, follows SOPs and health regulations.
• Works in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and communicates effectively with team.
