Katsuya Brentwood is hiring a Line Cook to ensure high-quality dishes at all times. You will set up your station, stock ingredients, cook, and present plates while maintaining sanitation per SOPs and HACCP guidelines.

This role requires organization, multitasking in a fast-paced setting, and excellent verbal and written communication. Two years in a contemporary dining restaurant is preferred. 18+; ability to stand for long shifts and lift 25–50 lbs.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Set up station, stock, cook, and present dishes according to recipes.
• Maintain sanitation, storage, and HACCP compliance.
• Follow SOPs and recipe guides for quality and presentation.
• Keep a clean, organized work area and maintain hygiene.
• Handle tools and smallwares safely and efficiently.
• Work with sense of urgency to complete tasks.
