Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year BOH/culinary experience in a high-volume or premium setting.
• Solid understanding of ingredients and cooking methods.
• Reliable transportation and team-first attitude.
• Excellent communication with peers and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Execute our menu with precision across Prep, Fry, Sauté, and Grill stations.
• Maintain IGC's high standards for freshness, cleanliness, and organization.
• Follow all State and County food safety/Health Department standards.
• Maintain open communication with the expeditor and the FOH team to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Identify food quality issues before they reach the table and assist teammates to ensure a guest focused operation.
