Job summary

Intown Golf Club in Dublin, OH is seeking a Line Cook to join a premium, tech-forward private social club that values work-life balance and professional leadership. The role covers Prep, Fry, Sauté and Grill with a focus on consistent, high-quality execution and a guest-centered operation.

Responsibilities

• Execute our menu with precision across Prep, Fry, Sauté, and Grill stations.
• Maintain IGC's high standards for freshness, cleanliness, and organization.
• Follow all State and County food safety/Health Department standards.
• Maintain open communication with the expeditor and the FOH team to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Identify food quality issues before they reach the table and assist teammates to ensure a guest focused operation.
