Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of cooking in a professional kitchen preferred.
• Ability to follow recipes and standards with consistency.
• Strong food safety and sanitation knowledge.
• Capable of working across multiple stations in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Evenings, weekends, and holidays open.
• Open to learning and following directions from culinary leadership.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and specs.
• Execute dishes with proper temperatures, plating, and timing.
• Work multiple kitchen stations as assigned.
• Maintain clean, organized prep and cooking areas.
• Ensure proper food storage, labeling, and rotation.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely (ovens, grills, mixers, etc.).
• Assist other cooks and kitchen staff during service.
• Follow health department regulations and food safety standards.
• Adhere to culinary leadership instructions promptly.
