Job summary

Oliva, an upscale Italian Steakhouse in Downtown Cleveland, is hiring experienced line cooks to join our busy kitchen. You will work on assigned line stations, prepare food to our standards, and help maintain a fast, clean, and organized station during high-volume dinner service.

We seek reliable, team-focused cooks who can follow recipes, stay organized, and thrive in a busy environment. Nights and weekends availability is preferred; full-time opportunities with benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience as a line cook in a kitchen.
