DoubleTree by Hilton in Hawaii seeks a detail-oriented line cook with excellent time management to deliver an exceptional dining experience for guests.

You will follow recipes, apply presentation standards, and use a range of techniques from poaching to baking to prepare dishes for our busy restaurant. The successful candidate will be a team player who communicates well with kitchen staff to keep service smooth. This is a full-time role.

Formación

• This role requires a proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Solid understanding of kitchen safety and sanitation standards.
• Experience with a variety of cooking techniques is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and cook menu items following recipes and presentation standards.
• Use cooking techniques including poaching, braising, roasting, grilling, sautéing, frying, and baking.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the shift.
