Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years old.
• Health card is required.
• Minimum one-year cooking experience, preferably in a Hotel/Casino environment.
• Bachelor’s or related degree preferred.
• English communication required.

Responsibilities

• Read, decipher and execute cooking procedures and plate specifications.
• Prepare food quickly and accurately within Saltgrass timing guidelines.
• Maintain station and kitchen: organized, sanitized and stocked to PAR levels.
• Ensure quality, rotation and portioning of products.
• Provide professional guest service and teamwork.
