Responsibilities

• Prepare recipes and cook menu items to spec.
• Receive and order product; label, date, and refrigerate prepped items.
• Set up, stock, and break down kitchen equipment and stations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen and work areas.
• Read order tickets or Kitchen Display System and assemble orders.
