Scale by 3 in Las Vegas is seeking a motivated Line Cook to join our kitchen team. You will prepare a diverse range of dishes from our menu with precision, manage setup for service, and maintain a clean, efficient work area in a fast-paced environment.

You should be able to stand for up to 10 hours, lift up to 25 lbs, communicate clearly, and work weekends/holidays. prior high-volume experience and English proficiency are preferred; US work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods up to 10 hours.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a diverse range of food items following recipes and specifications.
• Set up and prepare for service using cooking equipment.
• Safely operate grills, stoves, fryers, and other kitchen tools.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation during and after service.
• Handle food products properly and ensure correct temperatures.
• Follow verbal and written instructions and communicate professionally.
• Follow order tickets from a POS system and accommodate dietary restrictions.
• Work in a fast-paced, loud environment.
• Close the kitchen and complete deep cleaning tasks as directed.
• Stand for long periods up to 10 hours.
