Job summary

Qualifications

• Good working knowledge of sanitation standards and reading recipes with basic math.

Responsibilities

• Prepares all food items according to standard recipes and/or as specified on guest checks to ensure consistency.
• Keeps spoilage/waste to a minimum by utilizing proper portioning.
• Maintains proper storage and production of all food items to rotate and maintain highest quality.
• Reads and employs math skills to follow recipes and measures.
• Turns on/off all equipment and ensures they are in working condition.
