Tria Restaurant & Event Center in North Oaks, MN is hiring immediately for a Line Cook to support daily kitchen operations.

You will prepare and cook foods according to recipes, maintain safety and sanitation, and work with a team to ensure guest satisfaction. This role involves setting up, operating, and cleaning kitchen equipment, washing dishes, and contributing to a clean, efficient kitchen. Experience in a fast-paced restaurant is a plus.

Qualifications

• Prepare and cook all food items per recipes and procedures.
• Maintain high levels of sanitation and food safety.
• Assist with kitchen cleanup and dishwashing duties.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and cook all food items to company specifications.
• Plate prepared foods based on chefs guidance.
• Responsible for setup, operation, break down and cleaning of all kitchen equipment.
• Assist with washing dishes, sweeping/mopping floors, cleaning and maintaining equipment, sanitizing utensils, etc.
• Uphold our high restaurant kitchen sanitation and food service safety standards.
