Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous kitchen experience preferred, but not required for the right candidate with strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Set up and stock your station with all necessary ingredients and supplies.
• Prepare food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces according to recipe standards.
• Cook menu items using grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods with consistency and precision.
• Follow recipes and plating standards to ensure quality and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and adhere strictly to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Properly store food and rotate inventory according to guidelines.
• Clean and sanitize cooking surfaces and equipment at the end of each shift.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to maintain timing and flow during service.
