Chula’s Mexican-Latin Food & Spirits in Prior Lake, MN is seeking a dedicated Line Cook to bring bold flavors to the line. You’ll set up and stock your station, prep ingredients, and cook menu items with precision, speed, and pride.

This role emphasizes following recipes and plating standards, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to food safety. You’ll work with the kitchen team to manage timing during service and rotate inventory as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous kitchen experience preferred, but not required for the right candidate with strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Responsabilités

• Set up and stock your station with all necessary ingredients and supplies.
• Prepare food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces according to recipe standards.
• Cook menu items using grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods with consistency and precision.
• Follow recipes and plating standards to ensure quality and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and adhere strictly to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Properly store food and rotate inventory according to guidelines.
• Clean and sanitize cooking surfaces and equipment at the end of each shift.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to maintain timing and flow during service.
