Responsibilities

• Start pre-prepared items without overproducing.
• Date, rotate, and store perishables properly.
• Check pars, plan prep, and assist with buffet stocking.
• Return unused items to storage with proper labeling.
• Help control food costs and reduce waste per standards.
• Operate and clean fryers, grills, ovens, steamers, mixers, and more.
• Attend regularly and be available as scheduled.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
