Qualifications

• Proven cooking experience as cook, chef, or prep cook.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and cook dishes as directed by chefs.

• Minimize waste to ensure cost control.
• Prepare all dishes in a timely manner by maintaining a properly stocked and clean workspace.
• Maintain a clean workspace, including equipment, tables and shelves.
