Job summary

DineAmic Hospitality is seeking Line Cooks in Chicago, IL to accurately and efficiently prepare hot and cold menu items, portion foods, and plate dishes per recipes, yield guides, and presentation standards.

This role emphasizes speed, sanitation, and the ability to work across multiple kitchen stations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Ideal candidates are dependable, team-oriented culinary professionals who maintain a positive, professional approach with team members and guests.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of restaurant kitchen experience.
• Degree from a food service program or culinary school.
• Valid Food Handler Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare components of all menu items following recipes and yield guides.
• Cook a variety of foods using different preparation methods.
• Move between line stations (sauté, grill, pantry, fry).
• Coordinate with team to support smooth service.
• Maintain high standards of quality, freshness, and timely preparation.
• Ensure sanitation, proper labeling, FIFO, and stock management at the assigned station.
• Follow company policies and food safety standards.
