Wally’s Wine & Spirits in Malibu Beach seeks an experienced Line Cook to join our culinary team. Bring your craft, speed, and attention to detail to a premium hospitality environment known for exceptional food, wine, and guest experiences.

You will prepare and cook menu items across stations, execute dishes with timing and presentation, maintain a clean station, and follow strict food safety procedures. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and high-volume periods is required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a line cook role.
• Knowledge of kitchen operations, equipment, prep methods, and service flow.
• Ability to work a variety of stations (garde manger, pizza, fry, sauté, meat).
• Strong attention to quality, plating, timing, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
• Team-oriented with clear communication and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items with consistency, quality, and care across stations.
• Execute dishes during service with strong timing and presentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked station.
• Follow proper food safety, labeling, storage, and FIFO procedures.
