Job summary

Wolfgang Puck is seeking a passionate Line Cook to join our back-of-house team at Spago Beverly Hills. You will prepare and execute dishes to exacting standards, follow recipes and prep lists, and collaborate with a top culinary team in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in fine dining, strong knife skills, and a thorough understanding of cooking methods. Health benefits and growth opportunities are included.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience as a line cook in a fine dining environment.
• High-volume experience.
• Good understanding of cooking methods (roasting, braising, searing, poaching, frying, etc.).
• Strong knife skills and knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
• Attention to detail (in plating, measurements, portion control).
• Cleanliness / hygiene and knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Ability to follow direction / recipes / prep lists precisely.
• Strong communication skills, and an ability to thrive in a high-energy, team-oriented environment.
• A passion for food, learning, and the Wolfgang Puck philosophy of hospitality.
