Job summary

Wally’s Wine & Spirits is seeking skilled and passionate Cooks to join our culinary team. This is an exciting opportunity to bring your craft, speed, and attention to detail to a premium hospitality environment known for exceptional food, wine, and guest experiences.

You will prepare and cook menu items across multiple stations, work with strong timing and presentation, maintain a clean station, follow food safety standards, and collaborate with chefs to ensure seamless service.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in a similar culinary or line cook role.
• Working knowledge of kitchen operations, equipment, prep methods, and service flow.
• Ability to work a variety of stations including garde manger, pizza, fry, sauté, or meat station.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items with consistency, quality, and care across multiple kitchen stations.
• Execute dishes during service with strong timing, precision, and attention to presentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked station to support smooth kitchen operations.
• Follow proper food safety, sanitation, labeling, storage, and FIFO procedures.
• Communicate clearly with chefs and fellow team members to ensure seamless service.
• Support opening, closing, prep, portioning, and station setup standards.
• Contribute to a collaborative kitchen culture by assisting teammates when needed.
