PLANTA is seeking a Line Cook to join our kitchen team in Washington, DC. Reporting to the Culinary Leader, you will prep, cook, and maintain a clean station following recipe standards and food safety guidelines.

We value a can-do attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should have at least 1 year of line cook experience and be available for full-time hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1 year line cook experience.
• Can-do attitude and positive demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Champion the brand’s vision and uphold high standards.
• Create a warm environment for guests and staff.
• Uphold standards and treat everyone with courtesy and respect.
• Be professional during peak service hours.
• Prepare station for service, mise en place, and stock lists.
• Cook dishes during service in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Prepare all menu items in a consistent manner.
• Ensure standards are met at all times.
