PLANTA Chicago is seeking a Line Cook to join our River North kitchen. You will report to the Culinary Leader and be responsible for preparing, cleaning, and cooking food per recipe standards while maintaining a sanitized work area.

You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, uphold PLANTA’s standards, and deliver the WOW factor for guests. This is a full-time role with flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1 year line cook experience.
• Culinary degree/diploma and/or the equivalent in education and experience is an asset.
• Full time flexible hours are required (days, nights, weekends, holidays).
• Extensive knowledge on cooking temperatures and general food safety regulations.
