Responsibilities

• Plan, prep, set up and provide quality service in all areas of food production.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of work areas and equipment.
• Meet with Chefs to review assignments and forecasted business levels.
• Inspect line and work stations and rectify deficiencies.
• Organize prep items from different areas for service.
• Prepare menu items following recipes and yield guides.
• Monitor inventory to control waste and food costs.
• Transport pots and pans to pot wash station.
