Responsibilities

• Prepare food items of consistent quality following recipes and production standards.
• Begin prep for items prepared ahead of time and avoid over-preparing.
• Date and rotate perishables; maintain proper temperatures.
• Check pars for shift usage and set up line accordingly; note shortages.
• Return unused items to storage with proper dating.
• Assist in controlling food cost and waste per standards.
• Operate and clean kitchen equipment and maintain safety procedures.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
