The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and about two years of related experience. Expect varied shifts, standing for long periods, and opportunities to grow toward lead cook roles within the kitchen team.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare food items of consistent quality following recipes and standards.
• Begin ahead of time and avoid over-preparation based on needs.
• Date, rotate and store perishables to maintain safety.
• Check pars, determine prep, and set up line per standards.
• Return unused items to storage and cover with date labeling.
• Help control food costs and minimize waste per standards.
• Operate and clean kitchen tools and equipment safely.
