Located inside the historic Joseph Smith Memorial Building on Temple Square, our restaurants and event spaces offer unforgettable dining and event experiences in a beautiful venue.

Part-Time | 20-30 Hours/Week | Evenings, Weekends, & Days

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Prepare and execute upscale menu items with consistency and precision
• Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff in a fast-paced upscale dining environment
• Maintain high standards of plating, presentation, and timing
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and organization at your station

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Previous experience as a line cook, cook, or prep cook (upscale dining or restaurant preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

COMPENSATION

$22.00 - $24.00/hour. This range is inclusive of multiple job levels. Salary is determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, internal equity, and market data.

JOB ENVIRONMENT/OTHER JOB DUTIES

• May be required to work outside of regular business hours, including weekends, early mornings, and holidays, to accommodate business needs
• Standing and walking for extended periods of time
• Ability to repetitively bend, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check, as well as abide by all company policies
• Takes on additional duties as required or assigned by management
