Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age to operate kitchen equipment.
• 1 yr. previous kitchen / culinary / chef experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment including knives, slicer, mixer, stoves, and ovens required.
• Flexible to work a variety of shifts.

Responsibilities

• Manage ticket orders for proteins while ensuring proper food temps.
• Maintain a clean station and workspace following sanitation protocols.
• Assist with opening and closing cleaning duties.
