Job summary

Landed in Peachtree City, GA is seeking a skilled Line Cook to execute our menu with consistency and speed during service. You will run a station, work with the kitchen team, and help uphold our dining standards on every plate.

You will set up, stock, and break down your station, cook to recipe standards, and communicate with the expo and sous chef to keep orders accurate and on time. Applicants should be able to perform under pressure and follow safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Experience as a line cook in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Ability to work with speed and consistency during service.
• Ability to follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up, stock, and break down an assigned station per shift.
• Cook and plate dishes to recipe and presentation standards.
• Work under pressure to keep pace with ticket times during peak service.
• Communicate clearly with expo, sous chef, and line cooks to keep orders accurate.
• Monitor food quality, temperature, and freshness during service.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and kitchen safety protocols.
• Collaborate with prep cooks on daily prep lists and station needs.
• Assist with inventory checks, ordering input, or menu testing as needed.
• Stay composed and adaptable when the kitchen gets slammed.
