You will work in an open-kitchen setting with strong teamwork and clear communication across the expo, assembly, and management staff. The role requires the ability to operate kitchen equipment safely, adhere to sanitation standards, and adapt to varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age to operate kitchen equipment.
• 1 yr. previous kitchen / culinary / chef experience is preferred, but not required.
• Experience with knives, slicer, mixer, stoves, and ovens required.
• Flexible to work a variety of shifts.

Responsibilities

• Our restaurants operate professional, fast-paced, scratch kitchens and hire line and prep cooks who understand high expectations for food presentation and execution.
• Coordinate designated positions, manage ticket orders for proteins, and ensure proper temps and company specifications.
• Maintain a clean station and workspace and follow proper sanitation protocols; assist with opening/closing duties.
