Qualifications

• No prior experience required; paid training provided.
• Must have or obtain a Food Handler’s Card where applicable.
• Love for food with good eye for weights, measurements, and volumes.
• Able to learn menu items and recipes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook all food items to company specifications.
• Plate foods according to chef’s guidance and portioning.
• Set up, operate, break down, and clean kitchen equipment.
• Assist with washing dishes, sweeping/mopping, and cleaning tasks.
• Uphold kitchen sanitation and food safety standards.
