P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is hiring Line Cooks, Wok Cooks, Cooks, Chef De Parties, or Station Chefs to prepare food according to established recipes and procedures while following safety and sanitation guidelines.

We offer competitive pay ($17.00 - $21.00 per hour based on experience) and benefits, with opportunities for advancement and flexible scheduling. Prior experience is not required as training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must have/ can obtain Food Handler’s Card where applicable or we will help you obtain.
• Ability to learn restaurant menu and recipes.
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook all food items to company specifications.
• Plate prepared foods based on chef’s guidance.
• Set up, operate, break down, and clean kitchen equipment.
• Assist with washing dishes, sweeping/mopping, cleaning and maintaining equipment.
• Uphold high kitchen sanitation and food safety standards.
