Job summary

P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is hiring Line Cook, Wok Cook, Cook, Chef De Partie, or Station Chef roles. Training is provided with a focus on safety, portion control, and recipe adherence. Candidates must be 18+, able to stand for long periods, and lift up to 30 lbs.

Multiple positions are available, including full-time and part-time hourly roles. Competitive pay starts at $17.50–$21.50 per hour, with benefits and growth opportunities for qualifying team members.

Qualifications

No previous experience required—we train you on the job.
Have a current Food Handler’s Card where applicable, or we’ll help you obtain one.
Love for food and a keen eye for weights, measurements and volumes.
Able to learn the menu and recipes.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals used in the kitchen.
Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
Able to multitask in a fast-paced team environment.
Flexible to work various shifts.
Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook all food items to company specifications.
Plate prepared foods according to chef guidance.
Set up, operate, break down and clean all kitchen equipment.
May assist with washing dishes, sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning and maintaining equipment.
Uphold high sanitation and food safety standards.
