Job summary

P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is hiring Line Cooks (Line Cook, Wok Cook, Cook, Chef De Partie, or Station Chef) to prepare food according to established recipes and safety standards.

Previous experience is not required as we provide training. We offer a pay range of $17.00–$21.00 per hour, flexible scheduling, paid on the job training, opportunities for advancement, discounted meals, referral programs, and exclusive team member discounts.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced teamwork environment.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods, able to lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook all food items to company specifications.
• Plate prepared foods based on chef’s guidance.
• Responsible for setup, operation, breakdown, and cleaning of kitchen equipment.
• May assist with washing dishes, sweeping/mopping floors, cleaning and maintaining equipment, sanitizing utensils.
