Mathew Robertson is urgentily seeking a professional line cook to join the Colorado kitchen this week. You will set up and stock the line, prep food, and assist the chef with daily tasks in a fast-paced environment. Most meats are already cooked, so you won’t cook meats to order.

You will ensure dishes come out properly and on time, maintaining consistency and quality across all stations. Proven line cook experience is preferred, with a reliable work ethic and ability to work collaboratively

Qualifications

• Experience as a professional line cook in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Ability to set up and stock the line before service.
• Experience following chef specifications.

We are looking for a professional line cook to prepare food to the chefs specifications and to set up stations for the menu. Duties consist of assisting the chef with daily tasks.

You will:

• Set up and stock the line as needed


• Prepare food for service (prep)


• Make menu items as they come in. Most of the meats are already cooked so you wont have to cook meats to order


• Ensure comes out properly and in a timely manner


• Proven cooking experience preferred
