Job summary

Alamo Drafthouse Cinema is seeking a Kitchen Production teammate to join our Production Crew. You will prepare and plate menu items according to recipes and specs, maintain kitchen safety and cleanliness, and help ensure fast, accurate service for guests.

The role involves versatility across stations (dish, prep, fry, salad, grill, pizza), stocking, deep-cleaning tasks, and coordinating with teammates. Must lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in high volume restaurant environment.
• Must lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays (minimum 3 days a week).
• Knowledge of allergy and cross-contamination protocols.
• Commitment to food safety standards and hygiene practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and plates Alamo menu items in accordance with recipes and specs.
• Trained to work different stations (dish, prep, fry, salad, grill, pizza, etc.).
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of equipment and dishwashing areas.
• Prepares guest food orders with safety, quality, and efficiency in mind.
• Restocks supplies and completes prep and side work for efficient service.
• Supports delivery and organization of food and beverage orders.
• Upholds company core values and health standards; follows safety guidelines.
• Communicates kitchen needs and urgent matters with teammates and managers.
• Maintains allergy and cross-contamination protocols.
