Job summary

AMC Entertainment is seeking a Kitchen Cook to support the theatre dining experience. You will cook a variety of items, follow recipes, and help open or close the kitchen while keeping a clean, safe work environment.

You will work with a team to produce hot, fresh meals and may deliver to guests as needed. The role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service is appreciated but not required; we will train you.
• Ability to follow recipes and maintain food quality.
• Commitment to safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards.
• Strong teamwork and communication with cooks and front-of-house.

Responsibilities

• Cook a variety of menu items using grills, fryers, ovens, and other kitchen equipment.
• Follow recipes to ensure consistent taste and portion control.
• Open or close the kitchen; prep equipment and set up for the next shift.
• Keep the kitchen clean and safe; handle chemicals per safety rules.
• Assist in stocking and maintaining supplies and stations.
• Deliver food to guests when needed in a timely manner.
• Work with team to assemble orders quickly and accurately.
• Support a welcoming, inclusive environment in the kitchen.
