Job summary

Gator's Dockside Restaurants is seeking a Line/Prep Cook to prepare items for daily use in a fast-paced kitchen. The role requires urgency, adaptability, and a commitment to professional service that reflects the company’s high standards.

You will work with both BOH and FOH staff to fulfill guest needs promptly, maintain menu knowledge, and ensure recipes and presentations meet our quality expectations. This position offers flexible scheduling with part-time and full-time hours and opportunities

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide professional service and maintain quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items for daily use following recipes and standards.
• Collaborate with BOH and FOH team to meet guest needs in a timely manner.
• Maintain menu knowledge to answer server/bartender questions, including allergies.
• Uphold recipes, specs, and presentation for each dish.
