Qualifications

• Flexible shift schedule including nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
• Able to stand/walk 100% of shift.
• Read recipes and food labels.

Responsibilities

• Follows all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Prepares menu items according to recipe manual and plate presentation.
• Rotates products to par level to keep kitchen running smoothly.
• Stocks prep and sets up stations as needed.
• Transports items and assists with vendor deliveries.
• Cleans and maintains kitchen area during shift.
• Cleans stations at closing.
