Job summary

Flanigan’s Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a skilled line cook to join our back-of-house team. You will prepare menu items per recipe manual, maintain sanitation, stock stations, read orders, and communicate with the manager to ensure timely service.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read recipes and food labels.
• Able to read POS ticket orders.
• Complete and pass food safety certification program.

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items according to recipe manual and plate presentation.
• Maintain sanitation and rotate stock to par level.
• Move items to and from kitchen and assist with dishwashing.
• Communicate ticket times and ensure timely service.
• Follow safety policies and operate kitchen equipment safely.
