Job summary

Noble House Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Line Cook to join the kitchen team at the Jekyll Island Club Resort and Jekyll Ocean Club Resort. You will prepare high-quality menu items, work with chefs and leadership, and ensure recipes and presentation standards are met in a fast-paced environment.

You will be responsible for proper food prep, station setup, sanitation, and collaborating with fellow cooks to maintain smooth kitchen operations and minimal waste.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and plate menu items according to established recipes and standards.
• Set up and maintain assigned workstations with ingredients, equipment, and supplies.

• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization in the kitchen.
• Communicate with other kitchen stations and leadership to support operations.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, and rotating food products as needed.
